Butterworms are the larval form of the Chilean Moth Chilecomadia Moorei. They're soft-bodied insects and have a unique sweet citrus scent. They are a treat insect for many species of reptiles, amphibians, and more. They contain a high amount of calcium and protein, as well as a range of nutrients. They are considered a treat as they are higher in fat than some other insects.
